Fulfillment of Services:
Once a service is purchased, a member of our team will contact the client within 24 to 48 business hours to confirm details and begin the process. Completion timelines vary depending on the scope of work and client responsiveness.
Cancellations:
Services can be canceled within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started. Once services have begun, cancellation requests may be considered, and a partial refund may be issued depending on the work already completed.
Refunds:
Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered. If you have concerns, please contact us at Info@FreedomGES.com or call 561-877-1373. We are happy to resolve any issues related to service accuracy or satisfaction.
